Return & Refund Policy
The products and services that are provided by PackagingUP are customized to the needs of the customer It is suggested that the customer notify the company if the items delivered do not conform exactly as per their requirements and specifications, or if they are defective or not available for sale within 3 working days following the receipt of the order. Chargebacks are not a possibility, however an unrestricted replacement of the order can be provided by the business if the problem with the product can be proven to be attributable to the company. The problem is identified by the management team at PackagingUP. All orders must be sent back within 7 days by the client at their own expense with all the necessary documents or imperfections and digital photos to allow the order to be printed properly. If the issue lies with the customer and they are still seeking to get a refund, they’ll need to return the job that was printed, and a refund will be made after subtracting the setup cost and shipping charges from the business.
